Onia Hills

Architectural and interior design, like fashion, are perpetually evolving. Emerging trends in aesthetics and functionality continuously revitalize and reinterpret past concepts and practices. However, the core philosophy of space design remains constant: designers strive to integrate beauty, comfort, and functionality to cultivate holistic living experiences through narrative design that shapes human behavior. This principle, fundamental to all effective design, dictates that even a minimally furnished room can surpass a cluttered one in fostering a positive living experience. Onia Hills interior design’s objective is to cultivate a holistic living experience by creating interior spaces that foster a sense of unconstrained enjoyment. The resulting designs, while not scarce, are characterized by simplicity, elegance, minimalism, and a warm, inviting ambiance, encouraging users to appreciate life’s simple pleasures in a calm and undisturbed environment.

Onia Hills is a newly developed, exclusive resort featuring a five-star condominium hotel and five four-star apartment buildings, complemented by extensive outdoor amenities. The five- and four-star ratings underscore the development’s exclusivity, further enhanced by its gated community design. Nevertheless, architectural design prioritizes accessibility through sensitive integration with the surrounding landscape. This approach is mirrored in the interior design, which, per client specifications, blends modern Mediterranean style with contemporary minimalism. The resulting aesthetic is welcoming and uncluttered, maximizing views of the scenic outdoors and minimizing the emphasis on interior spaces. Expansive windows seamlessly integrate the coastal ambiance, making the view an integral part of the interior design.

NRA’s comprehensive scope includes interior design for apartments, hotel rooms, and communal spaces, encompassing amenities such as the restaurant, bar, gym, and spa. Hotel communal areas are designed to evoke a warm, inviting coastal atmosphere, featuring abundant indoor greenery and a tranquil ambiance. Even without using the pool or yoga facilities, guests and residents can relax in the lobby or restaurant, experiencing the Mediterranean spirit. Modernity and tranquil coastal ambiance are carefully blended to create holistic, hedonistic lifestyle experience, emphasizing wellness and mindful enjoyment. A neutral color palette, punctuated by stronger greens, subtly directs attention towards the outdoor environment while maintaining interior aesthetic appeal. Natural materials, seamlessly integrated into the overall design, enhance the experience, fostering simplicity and serenity.
